The Nevada Legal Press newspaper is published and printed in both Nye County, Nevada and Clark County, Nevada. It is distributed in hard-copy each Monday.

The Nevada Legal Press newspaper has been published and distributed in Nevada since April, 1996.

It was incorporated in the State of Nevada on April 8, 1999 as the Nevada Legal Press Corporation.

Although the circulation of the Nevada Legal Press newspaper varies slightly from week to week it has been, and will remain, well above the 1000 per week requirement of NRS 80.190.

The Nevada Legal Press Corporation is owned by its stockholders. - As the stockholders hold "bearer shares", we, at any given time do not know if the bearers of the shares are Service Veterans, Service Disabled Veterans, Women, Disabled Women, Minorities, Disadvantaged Minorities, American Indians, Foreign Individuals or Foreign Entities.

The Nevada Legal Press Corporation does not know (or care) if it is certified in any way by a government entity.

As the Nevada Legal Press newspaper is dominant in its field and because the Small Business Act states that a small business concern is "one that is independently owned and operated and which is not dominant in its field of operation", the U.S. Small Business Administration has determined that we are not considered a small business concern.

SBA's statutory authority to determine whether a concern qualifies as a small business rests in the Small Business Act, at 15 U.S.C. 632(a) and 637(b)(6). SBA's Small Business Size Regulations are located at 13 CFR part 121, and the applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) are located at 48 CFR part 19.

Further, upon carefull review of Title 13, Code of Federal Regulations, part 121 (13 CFR part121), we find that due to both employee size regulations and overall annual income standards, we are not considered a large business concern.

The Nevada Legal Press Corporation was incorporated to "conduct any legitimate business" as shown in our original Articles of Incorporation, and, as the Corporate Charter from the State of Nevada entitles the Nevada Legal Press Corporation to conduct any legitimate business, and, as the Nevada Legal Press does indeed conduct various unrelated businesses, the Nevada Legal Press Corporation does not have a definite SIC CODE or NAICS CODE other than "OTHER".

At this time, the Nevada Legal Press Corporation does not know (or care) if it is in compliance with the provisions of the FAR clause entitled "Anti-Kickback Procedures".

Upon occasion companies send us requests to sign up for ACH payments. (Automated ClearingHouse transactions)

They ask for our vendor name, bank name, bank physical address, account number, ACH routing number, wire routing number, IBAN number, Swift code, Settlement currency, sort code, and email remittance address.

They explain that by using ACH payment processing, it will

we will be paid quicker
etc.

The problem is that we do not send out invoices. - We have never sent out invoices and do not intend to start sending out invoices now or at any time in the future.

Unfortunately, an ACH payment requires an invoice to begin the process.
